Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful company. I sent the old module down and I was phoned the next day to say that it was beyond repair. I was given lots of information about why it had failed and what to do next, and a price for a new module and how to fit and code it. I spoke to my Fiat dealer who quoted three times as much so I bought the module from Crash-Data. It arrived the next day with a 2 year guarantee and I had it fitted by the Fiat dealer for £90. Really pleased with the excellent service and advice I received which saved me hundreds of pounds. Highly recommended.
