Posted my ECU for diagnostic, arrived next day & received an email (by a human not your typical autogenerated garbage) letting me know they had it & would be dealt with within 24hrs… Got an email back exactly as promised letting me know its dead,, sent in a donor ECU which they programmed from mine and sent back to me rapidly all using tracked & insured postage.
