Sent an airbag module off for repair and it was fixed on Monday and back with me on Tuesday. Very happy with the service. No more warning lights on the dash due to the great service provided by Crash Data.
Local garage read code CFFF and said airbag module needs to be replaced. Volvo garage quoted £700+. Local garage said they could refurbish for £350. CrashData provided a great low cost service, but it was tricky to get the module out – I had to remove centre tunnel console which took several hours of cursing and finding the right tools. I also replaced the battery as recommended by CrashData as the most likely cause.
SRS module sent on a Saturday, with Crashdata on Monday and back with me on Tuesday. Great service, problem fixed. Thanks!
