Happy with the service but as I live in France, something went wrong! I was charged import tax by DHL of eur 40 when this was a repair and return and subject to no tax! There was no tax charged going into the UK, so I have been left feeling the paperwork was not correctly filled in or followed up when queried.

Great service, posted the module on Monday, The module could not be saved however they managed to retrieve the data off the module and upload to a new one which arrived Wednesday. Installed the new airbag module and worked perfectly. Great service with a one day turn round. The new module and labour was over £300 however considerably less hassle and cheaper than taking it to Fiat.
Please be aware removing the airbag module must be removed and replaced properly also proper stages of isolating the battery and time gaps, not a job for the novice.
I would definitely recommend and use again.

Although replacing the item was expensive, crash data didn’t charge me for the original repair once they established the sensor was unrepairable. It appears to be a very expensive fault wherever you get it repaired. Crash data were efficient and quick at sending the new sensor and helpdul with other options that were availble. I would definitely use again.
