Your airbag light may have come on for various reasons. Most of the time it is due to an airbag fault, but it could be related to the airbag module itself. Your airbag light could be on due to the following issues:

• Crash sensors fault
• Crash data stored
• Airbags deployed
• Wiring harness problem
• Miscommunication or no communication
• Faulty airbag clockspring
• Faulty seat belt pretensioners
• Had a bump
• Flat car battery
• Damaged circuit board

While these are the most common faults, your airbag light may be on for other reasons. Regardless of what it is, you should always scan your system using an OBD airbag scanner to read and obtain the codes. If you do not own an OBD airbag scanner, you can get this diagnosed at any local garage. If you work with cars often, we recommend investing in an OBD airbag scan tool to scan the system and retrieve codes whenever your airbag light is on.

1. Locate and remove your airbag module
2. Search for your part number using the search bar in the top corner.
3. Use “click to repair” button and follow the checkout process
4. Place the airbag module into a padded envelope and post to us.
5. We receive your airbag module, repair it the same day and post back out to you
6. Receive back your repaired airbag module ready to be re-fitted.
