The dreaded “check airbag” light came on in my Ducato based Motorhome. An internet search located this company and the website was clear about what to do. I removed the module and sent it to them on a Thursday morning. They had checked the module the next day and unfortunately it was unrepairable. A new pre-programmed unit was prepared and sent the same day. It arrived Saturday morning and I fitted it Sunday. All works as it should, I’m very happy with the service.
Crash data were unable to repair my unit as it had both hardware & software errors. They programmed the new unit, so all I had to do was plug it back in. The amount I had paid for the repair was deducted off the price of the new unit. Overall an excellent service. Original sent on the Monday, new one received on the Wednesday. So quick!
Now working after buying new part, so hopefully all good, staff helpful.
