Send my old unit in fr a repair. Unfortunately it could not be repaired. They supplied me with a new one and returned the old one. Fitted straight in without any issues or needing programming to vehicle.Super fast service. Thank you

* Sent Tuesday, email to me Wednesday unit not repairable. Accepted their offer on a new unit
* received Thursday
* fitted to find it would not work
* contacted company who emailed support and I later found also left a Guidance information message on our land line answerphone
* Error was mine- didn’t realise plugs had to be pushed in until a click heard refitted plugs as instructed
All in working order.
My only suggestion is to include a note with the units guiding the fitting of the plugs
