Should the occasion arise that work carried out on modules(s) by Crash Data Ltd upon refitting and testing still display stored crash data or crash event on known diagnostic testers, Crash Data Ltd reserve the right to request the module(s) to be returned to the company address where first sent for repair to evaluate data after refitting and correct the issue, should the module be deemed to irreparable at this time Crash Data Ltd will offer a refund for the cost of the repair paid at the time to the customer. Crash Data Ltd insists that any report must be followed up by the return of the module(s). We do not offer any or imply any warranty for modules with internal errors, refunds can not be offered for modules which show internal error faults, this extends to modules that have been opened and or worked on by a 3rd party prior to sending to Crash Data Ltd. By using the services of Crash Data Ltd you are agreeing that you are paying for our time and not a result. All modules received are subject to a testing and processing fee of £30 +vat. You have the right to cancel your order, this must be done before the electronics has been received by us and any work/services has started by emailing us along with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
