Planned national strike action
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further strike action. The CWU have given formal notification for national strike action on the following dates:

Tuesday 25 October 2022
27 September 2022
Strike action has been called for 24 hours from 04:00 on various days starting on Thursday 13 October, taking in Black Friday week and Cyber Monday.
The strike action will be taken by all workers on 13, 20, and 25 October, and 28 November.
Further strikes will happen during this period but are not as yet confirmed.

We have received notification from the CWU union that they have called off their industrial action planned for 9 September.
CWU members are taking strike action on 30 September and 1 October 2022 . We’re sorry for the disruption this is likely to cause you. We’re doing what we can to keep services running, but customers should expect significant disruption.
