Bad news that my unit had a hardware issue and needed a replacement and not a repair but aside from that Crashdata were amazing.
Very quick service.
Above all they gave me the confidence to replace the unit myself.
Amazingly when I’d finished it all worked perfectly.
The airbag warning light was a job which my local garage refused and I did it myself.

Very quick to come back with diagnostic report, which on this occasion showed the module beyond repair. Offered a good price on a new module.
Did an excellent job. My unit couldn’t be repaired. So did me a Brand new one with my data from the old unit and calibrated to my van. Was just a case of fitting it and all good.

Quick service. Not the cheapest option, but not the most expensive either. I did not like the fact that there was a significant cost of the phone calls made to Crash Data; this was not clearly indicated in the information on the website. I definitely felt a little cheated by this.
Fitted and problem solved. It’s a shame though that these modules are so expensive, but what isn’t in motoring these days.

Great service from Crash Data!
Airbag ECU failed and could not be re-progammed. Crash Data supplied and programmed a new unit using the data from the original.
Unfortunately my Campervan still showed a fault (different from before).
Thankfully, the team from Crash Data were really helpful and able to come up with a solution that resolved the problem.
