Bad news that my unit had a hardware issue and needed a replacement and not a repair but aside from that Crashdata were amazing.

Very quick to come back with diagnostic report, which on this occasion showed the module beyond repair. Offered a good price on a new module.
Did an excellent job. My unit couldn’t be repaired. So did me a Brand new one with my data from the old unit and calibrated to my van. Was just a case of fitting it and all good.
