This service is to repair / reset your module when it has an internal software error. This is not for modules that have hardware issues, corrosion or water ingress.
PLEASE NOTE: The service that we offer is to reset the software in your airbag control module, this will not solve the problem if your fault code is caused by hardware damage to the module.
This is NOT a hardware repair service, nor do we offer a diagnostic service for your module unless otherwise agreed by us. You are responsible for completing your own vehicle diagnostics before sending the module to us.

Happy with the service but as I live in France, something went wrong! I was charged import tax by DHL of eur 40 when this was a repair and return and subject to no tax! There was no tax charged going into the UK, so I have been left feeling the paperwork was not correctly filled in or followed up when queried.
Hello, You didn’t pay the VAT in the UK for the service so you paid it when it re entered your county and you paid your countries tax. no matter what you have you have to pay taxes.
Great service as always, the rest didn’t work and a new module was needed but this was due to the module age and nothing to do with crash data. They were great and went over and above to fix the issue.
